To day's Subhashit.

Lokadvyamatibhaika nidaanmet-
Ddhik praaninaamrunamaho parinaam ghoram.
Ekh sa eva hi pumanparmastriloke.
kruddhasya yean dhanikasya mukham na drushtam.

Lokadvayo = both worlds.   Matibhayeka= fear in mind.    Nidaanametad= nidaan+ etad.   Etad= this
Nidaan =primary cause.   Dhik =  shame.   Preaaninaamrunamaho = Praninaam+rina+maho.
Praaninaam =living beings.   Rina =debt, loan.    Maho = mighty, big.    Parinaam = result, effect.
Ghoram = terrible, awful.    Ekh = one    Sa= he.   Eva = really.    Hi =surely.   Pumaan= man
Paramastriloke =Param +triloke .     Param =great, brave..    Triloke =the three Worlds (according to Hindu religion the World is comprised of three components namely Prithvi (earth), Aakash (sky)and Paataal (under-earth).    Kruddhasya = angry person's    Yena = who.    Dhanikasya = a rich person's, a money lender's.     Mukham = face.     Na = not.    Drushtam = seen.

i.e.     The primary cause of fear in the minds of people in this world it the shameful and aweful consequences of incurring debts.   A borrower, who is not afraid of facing an angry money lender, is really a great and brave person.

(There are numerous stories of people being ruined by falling in a debt trap.Even prosperous countries and rich people meet the same fate. The dirty tricks and stern measures adopted by money lenders to recover the loans given by them are also feared by the debtors and they avoid to face the money lenders by hook or crook.  This subhashit outlines this phenomenon in a nice way.)
