Agatitvamatishraddhaa = agatitva +Mati+shraddha. Agatitva= not going, stable. Mati = intellect.

Abhuasena =by repeated practise. Truptaa = insatiability. Trayah = three.
Shishya = pupil, student. Gunaah = virtues, merit. Hyate = hi + ete. Hi = surely.
Ete = these. Moorkhaacharyasya = moorkh +aacharyasya. Moorkh = dull headed, stupid.
Aachasryasya = a preceptor's , a teacher's. Bhaagyajaa = Bhaagya+ jaa. Bhaagya =fortune.
Jaa = produced by.
i.e. If a student of a dull headed teacher has these three virtues of having a stable intellect, faith, and insatiability for repeated practice for acquiring learning, then it is rather the good fortune of the teacher to have such a devoted student.
(Through this Subhashita the author has indirectly highlighted the desired qualities in a student.)
