To day's Subhashita.

निदानं रोगनामानि साध्यासाध्यं चिकित्सकम्  |
सर्वमप्युपदेक्ष्यन्ति   रोगिणः  सदने  स्त्रियः     ||

Nidaanam roganaamaani saadhyaasaadhyam chikitsakam.
Sarvamapyupadekshyanti  roginah sadane striyah.

Nidaan =diagnosis,enquiring about the cause of a disease,       Roganaamaani = roga + naamaani.
Roga = disease.       Naamaani = names of.       Saadhyaasaadhym = Saadhya +asaadhyam.
Saadhya =curable.      Asaadhya = incurable, chronic.    Chikitsakam = physician,  doctor.
Sarvamapyudekshyanti = Sarvam +api+updekshyanti.     Sarvam = every, each.    Api = even.
Updelkshyanti =  give advice.      Roginh = a sick person, a patient.     Sadane = home, residence.
Striyah = women.

i.e.     To diagnose the diseases and to determine whether these are curable or incurable, is the job of a Physician.  But while visiting a patient at his residence (or hospital) ,women give their unsolicited advice to him.

(Through this Subhashita the author has made fun of the tendency among people to give their unsolicited advice to a patient about his treatment, without knowing what the disease is, and whether it is chronic or curable,)
