आज का सुभाषित / Today's Subhashita.

एवं  सिद्धो भवेद्योगी वञ्चयित्वा विधानतः  |
कालं  कलितसंसारं  पौरुषेणाद्भुतो  हि सहः    || महासुभषितसंग्रह (८०८६)

भावार्थ -    यदि कोई  योगी किसी कारण वश योग के नियमों के पालन न
कर पाने से अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने  से वञ्चित हो जाता है तो यह बात
निश्चय ही सत्य  है कि कालान्तर मे वह इस संसार में अद्भुत पौरुष से युक्त
हो जाता है |

(श्रीमद्भागवत में भी कहा गया है कि - 'शुचीनाम्  श्रीमताम्  गेहे योगभृष्टोभिजायते '
अर्थात् जो व्यक्ति किसी कारण से योगभृष्ट  हो जाते हैं वे  ऐश्वर्यवान और
महान व्यक्तियों के कुल मे जन्म लेते हैं  | )

Evam sidd bhavedyogi vanchayitvaa vidhaanatah
Kaalam kalitasmsaare  Paurushenaadbhuto he sahh.

Evam = Thus, really.    Siddho = proved.   Bhavedyogi = bhavet+
Yogi =  a follower of Yoga system.    Vanchayitvaa = deprived of
or tricked.   Vidhaanatah = performance.     Kaalam = after some
time.      Kalit = provided with, bestowed.   Sansaare = this World
Paurushenaadbhuto= paurushena + adbhuto.    Paurushena = by
manly strength and valour.    Adbhuto = marvellous, fabulous.
Hi = surely.    Sahh =  He.

i.e.    If a person following the Yoga system of meditation, due to
some reason is unable to or tricked into not performing his duties as
as a Yogi, it is true that after passage of some time he is bestowed
with fabulous manly strength and valour.

( In Bhagvadgeetaa it is also said that - 'Sucheenaam shreemataam gehe
Yogabhrushtobhijaayate'  i.e.   Those persons, who due to some reason
fall from performing the various practises of Yoga are born in their next
birth born in very illustrious and rich families.)
