पण्डितै हि गुणाः सर्वे मूर्खे दोषाश्च केवलाः
तस्मान्मूर्ख सहस्त्रेषु प्राज्ञ एको न लभ्यते
panditai hi gunaah sarve moorkh doshaasch kevalaah
tasmaanmoorkh sahastreshu praagya eko na labhyate
i.e. Those who are learned possess all the qualities (of head and heart), whereas those who are foolish have all the faults in them.This is the reason as to why among thousands of foolish persons not a single learned and intelligent person can be found.
Pandit = a learned person , . Moorkh = a person showing lack of ordinary sense and of weak mind
Praagya = a learned and intelligent person.
