To day's Subhashit

संग्रहैकपरः प्रायः समुद्रोपि रसातले
दातारं जलदं पश्य गर्जन्तं भुवनोपरि

Samgtuhaikaparah praayah samudropi rasaatale.
Daataram jaladam pashya garjantam bhuwanopari.

i.e.    A miser (hoarder of wealth) is like an ocean, which keeps every thing deep under its depth. On the other hand a generous person is like a rain cloud, which roams over the entire Earth distributing its bounty  of rain with thundering sound.

Sangrahaikaparah =  a collector or a hoarder.            Praayah =   usually
Samudropi = like an ocean.                 Rasatal =  deep down ocean's depth.
Daatar = a generous person who uses his wealth for charity purposes.
Jalad = rain bearing cloud.         Pashya = look at,  see.
Garjantam = rumbling and thunderous sound created by a cloud
Bhuwan + upari =   Bhuwanopari.     Bhuwan = the entire Earth.
Upari -over, across.        Bhuwanopari = across the entire Earth.
