To day's Subhashit.

वक्तृतां विभ्रतो यस्य गुह्यमेव प्रकाश्यते |
कथं न समान: स्यात्पुच्छेन पिशुनः शुनः

Vaktrutaam vibhrato yasya guhyameva prakaashyate.
Kathm na samaanh syatpuchhen pishunh shunh.

Vaktrutaam =-eloquence, power of  expressing thoughts through words that impress or move other people, way of speaking..      Vibhrato = goes astray, inconsistent.     Yasya = whose.
Guhya = secret.      Eva = even.    Prakashyte = discloses, throws light on.      Katham =  whatever told.
Na = not.      Samaanh = alike, similar.     syaat = like.     Puccha = tail,      Shunh = a dog.
Pishunah = wicked, wavering, showing.

i.e.     A person  who is not eloquent and is inconsistent in his speech,while speaking to others at times (unknowingly) even discloses his secrets.   There is no consistency and reliability in his speech, which wavers like the curved tail of a dog.
