Vishikhavyaalayorantyavarnaabhyaam yo vinirmitah.
Parasya harati praanaannaitacchitram kulochitam.
Vishikhvyaalayorantyavarnaabhyaam = Vishikh +vyaalayoh +antya+varnaabhyaam.
Vishikh = an arrow or spear. Vyaalyoh = snakes. Antya = last. Varnaabhyaam = the alphabets.
Yo = who. Vinirmitah = formed, prepared. Parasya = others'. Harati =takes away, deprives.
Praannaitacchitram = Praanan +na+etat+chitram. Praanaan = one's life. Na = not.
Etat = this. Chitram = wonder, surprising. Kulochitam = Kula+uchitam . Kula = lineage.
Uchitam = proper, logical. Khala = a wicked person.
Formed by using the last alphabets of the words 'Vishikha' and 'vyaala' , (i.e. 'Kha" and 'La' - both
combined as khala) a wicked person does not hesitate to take away other persons' life, which is not at all surprising having regard to the lineage of a 'khala' , derived from an arrow and a poisonous snake.
(This Subhashita is a fine example of penmanship and playing with words. An arrow and a poisonous snake, both are capable of killing a person, and so also a wicked person called 'Khala" in Sanskrit language, a word formed by combining the last letters of two words meaning an arrow and a snake respectively)
