अन्तर्भूतविषो बहिर्मधुमयश्चाSतीव मायापटुः |
को नामाSयमपूर्वनाटकविधिर्यः शिक्षितो दुर्जनैः ||
अर्थ - दुष्ट व्यक्ति यद्यपि बाहर से मधुर भाषी होते है पर अन्तर्मन मे विषमय, छलावा करने वाले तथा नाटकीय व्यवहार मे कुशल होते हैं |
Antarbhoot visho vahirmadhumayashchaateeva maayaapatuh.
Ko naamaayamapoorvanaatakvidhiryah shikshito durjanaih.
Antarbhootvisho = Antarbhoot +visho. Antarbhoot = containing inside. Visho = poison.
Vahirmadhumayashchaateeva = Vahih +madhumayah+cha+ateeva . Vahih = outwardly.
Madhumayah = sweet like honey. Cha = also. Ateeva = extremely. Maayaapatuh = deceitful,
cunning. Ko = who. Naamaayamapoorvanaatakvidhiryah = naam+ayam+poorva+naatak+
vidhih +yaha. Naam = name. Ayam = this. Poorva =initial, Naatak = drama.
Vidhi =method , means. Naatakvidhi = dramatic action. Yah = who.. Shikshit = skilled.
Durjanaih = wicked persons, scoundrels.
i.e. Wicked persons are always soft spoken like honey and are also very expert in speaking dramatically, but inwardly they are extremely full of poison(hatred), and are always deceitful and cunning.
