Today's Subhashita.

Ravirapi na dahati taadrugvaadrugdahati baalukaa nikarah.
Anyasyaallabdhapado neechh praayen duhsaho bhavati.

Ravirapi = Ravi + api.     Ravi = the Sun.     Api = even.     Na = not.    Dahati = scorches. burns.
Taadrugvaadrugdahati =  Taadrug + Vaadrug +dahati.      Taadrug = like this.
Vaadrug =   like that of.      Baalukaa = sand.     Nikarah = heap, a cluster.
Anyasyaadllabdhapado = anyasya + allabdha+ pado.      Anyasy = other's    Aalabdha = gained.
Pado = position, status.    Neecha + inferior, mean.    Praayena = generally, mostly.
Duhsaho = intolerable.     Bhavati = becomes.

i.e.   The rays of the Sun do not scorch so much as a heap of sand heated by the Sun's rays scorches and  burns  the the feet  (while walking over it).  Really, the behavior of mean and inferior persons become intolerable on getting some position and status from others.

(By using the simile of sand heated by the Sun's rays, the author of this Subhashita has underlined the truth that if mean and inferior persons are bestowed some status and authority, it is generally misused by them to harm others and at times their behavior becomes intolerable)
