Ekainaapi gunenaddho labhate spruhaneeyataam.
Kaakalyeva piko lokairmaudyate malinopyasau.
Ekenaapi = ekena +api. Ekena = by one. Api = although, even. Gunenaddho = having talent or virtue..
Labhate = acquires, gets. Sprahaneyataa = desirability, enviability. Kaakalyeva = kaakal + iva.
Kaakal = Raven (a large glossy blue black crow having a hoarse cry). Picka = Indian cuckoo (a song bird). Lokairmodyate = lokaih +maudyate. Lokaih = in ordinary life, society.. Maudyate = delights, gives pleasure. Malinopyasau = Malina +api +sau. Malin = dirty, black. Sau = it
i.e. Even by having a single talent or virtue a person acquires desirability and is envied in the society,
just like a cuckoo bird which gives pleasure to people by its sweet tweeting, although in appearance it is similar to a black crow having a hoarse cry.
