Nadee teere cha ye vrukshaaah parageshu kaaminee,
Mantraheenaashcha raajaanah sheeghram nashyantyasmshayam.
Nadee = a river. Teere = on the bank of river. Cha = and.
Ye = those. Vrukshaah = trees. Para= other's Geheshu= house.
Kaaminee = a woman. Mantra+ heenaah + cha . Mantra =
proper guidance and counsel. Heenaah = deprived of or not having.
Raajanahh = kings or rulers of a country. Sheeghram = quickly.
Nashyanti + asanshayam. Nashyanti = perish, get destroyed,
Asamshayam = undoubtedly.
i.e. There is no doubt about the correctness of the statement that
trees growing on the banks of rivers, a woman living in the house
of an unknown person, and Kings (Rulers of Countries) not having
the services of Ministers capable of giving proper counsel and
guidance without any fear, all these three perish quickly.
