आज का सुभाषित / Today's Subhashita.

उद्योगे नास्ति दारिद्र्यं जपतो नास्ति पातकं  |
मौनेन  कलहो नास्ति  नास्ति  जागरिते  भयं   ||
                                     - चाणक्य नीति (३/११)

भावार्थ -  जहां अनेक प्रकार  के  उद्योग स्थापित होते हैं
वहां  दरिद्रता ( गरीबी)  नहीं होती है ,  परमेश्वर  का नाम
स्मरण करने से पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं,  मौन धारण करने
से कलह नहीं होता है तथा जो व्यक्ति सदा सतर्क और
जागरूक रहते हैं उन्हें किसी  प्रकार का भय नहीं होता है  |

Udyoge  naasti daaridryam  japato  nasti  paatakam.
Maunena kalaho aasti naasti jaagarite  bhayam,

Udyoge =  industriousness, entrepreneurship ,  Naasti =
non existent.  Daaridryam = poverty.   Japato = reciting
the name of God Almity.    Paatakam = sins.   Maunena=
by maintaining silence.   Kalaho =quarrels.    Jaagarite =
by remaining alert and watchful.   Bhayam =fear.

i.e.    There is no poverty where there are many industries ,
there are no sins where the name of God Almighty is always
recited,  where people maintain silence there is no quarrel,
and where people are alert and watchful there is no fear.
