To day's Subhashit.

वयोवृद्धास्तपोवृद्धा  ज्ञानवृद्धास्तथा   परे.  |
ते सर्वे धनवृद्धस्य द्वारि तिष्टन्ति किङ्कराः ||

Vayovruddhaastapovruddhaa  gyaanvruddhaastathaa pare.
Te sarve dhanvruddhasya dwaari tishtanti kinkaraah.

Vayobruddhaastapovruddhaa = Vayobruddha +Tapovruddha.    Vayobruddha = an aged person.
Tapobruddha = rich in religious austerity,  a senior sage.     Gyaanvruddhaastatha = gyanvruddha + tathaa.
Gyanvruddha=  an aged scholar.     Tathaa = also,  then     Pare = later on        Te =  they.
Sarve =  all.       Dhanvruddhyasya =  an aged rich man's      Dwari = doorsteps.    Tishtanti = stay.
Kinkaraah  servants.

i.e.     Ordinary aged persons, aged sages and scholars, sooner or later they all pay obeisance at the doorsteps of  an aged rich person as his servants (subordinates).
