Kaaktaaliyavatpraaptam drushtwaapi nidhimagrathh.
Na svyam daivamaadatte purushaarthmupekshate,

kaaktaaleeyavatpraaptam = Kaaktaali + vat +praaptam.    Kaaktaali= irrational, unforeseen, sudden(just as by clapping a crow flies away suddenly)    Vat = like a.     Praaptam = acquired, received.
Drushtwaapi = Drushtwa + api.    Drushta = seen.     Api = even.     Nidhimagratah = Nidhi +agrathh
Nidhi =  treasure, hoard of money.    Agratah =  in front.     Na = not .    Svyam = himself.        Daivamaadatte = Daiva+ aadatte.      Daiva =destiny, fate.     Aadatte =  grants, bestows.     Purushaarthmupekshate = Purushaartham + upekshate.    Purushartham = human effort or exertion, entrepreneurship.        Upekshate = expected.

i.e.     Unforeseen wealth even appearing before one's eyes is not bestowed upon him personally by the Destiny, but he is expected  to make strenuous efforts to acquire it.
