Today's Subhashita.

Atimaline kartavye bhavati khalaanaamateeva nipunaa dheeh.
Timire  hi kaushikaanaam roopm pratipadyate  Drushtih.

Ati = very.    Maline = dirty, foul.     Kartavye = duty, work.    Bhavati = happen.   Khalaanaamateeva =
Khalaanaam + ateeva.     Khalaanaam =wicked persons.    Ateeva = extremely.    Nipunaa = skilled.
Dheeh = intelligence.     Timire = in the darkness.    Hi = because, certainly.   Kaushikaanaam = owls'
Roopam = form, appearance,            Pratipadyate = happen, cause.          Drushtih =eyesight, vision .

i.e.    Lowly and wicked persons are extremely inclined and skilled  in wrong doings harmful to others, just like Owls, which are able to see  properly only in the darkness.

(In this Subhashita wicked and cunning persons have been  alluded to Owls, who can function only in darkness,  and darkness has been alluded to illegal and unethical activities.)
