Today's Subhashita.

Ashvah supto gajo matto gaavh prathamasootyikaa.
Antahpuragato Raajaa dooratah parivarjayet.

Ashvah = a horse.     Supto = fallen asleep, dull, inactive.      Gajo = an elephant.
Matta = mad,  excited during the period of sexual activity among elephants.     Gaavh = a cow.
Prathamasootyikaa = prathama +sootikaa.        Pratyham = (for the) first time.
Sootikaa = a female who has recently  given birth to an offspring.    Antahpuragato =Antahpur +gato.
Antahpura = queen's apartment in a King's palace, harem.    Gato = having gone to.     Raajaa = a King.
Dooratah  = from a distance.    Parivarjayet.= avoided.

i.e.    A dull and sleeping horse ,  an excited elephant during the period of its sexual activity, a cow which has recently given birth to a calf for the first time , and a King who has retired into the privacy of his queen's apartment,  all these should  assiduously be avoided from a distance.

(The behaviour of a horse, an elephant, a cow and a King is always unpredictable and may also be harmful under the circumstances mentioned in the above Subhashita, and it is always advisable to keep a safe distance from them and avoid them assiduously.)
