Today;s Subhashita.

Vayovruddhaastapvruddha  gyaanvruddhasathaapare ;
Te sarve dhanavruddhasya dwaari  tishthanti kinkaraah.

Vayovruddhasatapobruddhaa = Vaya +vruddhah +tapo +vruddha..    Vaya = age       Vruddha = old, distinguished by..  Tapo = religious austerity.    Gyaanvruddhaastathaapare=Gyaanvruddhaah+tathaa+pare..
Gyaanvruddhaah = persons distinguished for their knowledge and learning.     Tatha = so, thus.
Pare =later, afterwards.     Te= they.     Sarve = all of them.   Dhanavruddhasya = a person known or distinguished for his wealth.      Dwaari  = at the door .     Tishthanti = stand.    Kinkara = servant.

i.e.     Aged persons,  persons distinguished for their religious austerity, and  renowned scholars, all these persons  are found thronging  at  the door steps of a distinguished rich person like his servants.

(The above Subhashita is classified under ther head 'Dhan mahimaa' i.e. greatness of wealth.  It indirectly states that ultimately  even sages and scholars have to depend on a rich person and be subservient to him.)
