Today's Subhashita.

एकः क्षमावतं दोषो द्वितीयो नोपलभ्यते  |
यदेनं  क्षमया युक्तं अशक्तं मन्यते जनः ||

अर्थ -      यदि कोई  व्यक्ति प्रथम अवसर पर अपने अधीनस्थ  व्यक्तियों के दोषों तथा  दुर्व्यवहार् को क्षमा
कर देता है तथा दूसरी बार पुनः ऐसा किये जाने पर भी उसका संज्ञान नहीं लेता है और फिर भी क्षमाशील बना रहता है, तो ऐसे व्यक्ति को कमजोर और अयोग्य ही माना जाता है |

Ekah kshmaavatam dosho dviteeyo nopalabhyate.
Yadenam kshamayaa yuktam ashaktam manyate janah.

Ekah =  One.     Kshamaavatam = forgiveness., forbearing.     Dosho = defects,  wickedness.
Dviteeyo = second (number).       Nopalabhyate = na + upalabhyate.       Na = not.  
Upalabhyate = perceives, learns from.    Yadenam = if even then.    Kshamayaa = forgiveness .
Yuktam = endowed with.     Ashaktam = weak, incapable.    Manyate = known as.   Janah = person.

i.e.     If a person forgives or forbears the mistakes or wickedness of his subordinates on the first occasion and does not learn from the repetition of such act for the second time and continues to be forgiving in nature, he is known as a weak and incapable person.
