Today's Subhashita.

Eka bhuktam sadaarogyam dvibhuktam balavardhanam.
Tribhuktaivyaadhipeedaa syaacchaturbhukte mrutirdhruvam.

Eka = one (once)    Bhuktam = eating food.     Sadaariogyam = Sadaa +aarogyam.    Sadaa = always.
Aarogyam = healthy .    Dvibhuktam = dvi + bhukatam.     Dvi  = two (twice).    Balavardhanam = bala +vardhanam.     Bala = strength, stamina.     Vardhanam = increase.     Tribhuktirvyaadhipeedaa = tri +
bhuktaih +vyaadhi + peeda.       Tri + three (thrice).      Vyaadhi = disease.     Peeda = pain.
syaacchaturbhukte = syaat +chatuh + bhukte.    Syaat = perhaps, per chance.    Chatuh = four (times)
Mriti = death.     Dhruvam =  sure, certainly.

i.e.     If a person takes meals only once in a day, he always remains healthy. Taking meals twice a day results in increase in his physical strength, whereas taking meals thrice a day causes diseases and pain. But if meals are taken four times during a day, then its consequences will surely be untimely death of the concerned person.

(This Subhashita warns about the dangers associated with over eating in a subtle and forceful way.)
