Today's Subhashita.

Yaanti nyaayapravruttasya tiranchopi sahaayataam.
Apanthaanam to gacchantam  sodaropi vimunchati.

Yaanti = get,  achieve.   Nyaaya = justice.    Pravrattasya = person committed to.
Tiryanchopi = tiryancho +api.     Tiryancho= crooked persons.    Api = even.
Sahaayataam =  help, assistance.      Apanthaanam = wrong path.   Tu = but.
Gacchantam = by going to.    Sodaropi = sodaro + api.    Sodoro = one's own brother
Vimunchati = abandon.

i.e.      If one is a committed follower of justice to all, even crooked  persons are helpful to him.   But if he is trudging the wrong path (of injustice) even his own brothers  abandon him .

  1. Dear sir, enjoyed reading your blog. Thanks for posting this valuable information. In the present shloka, which is taken from Ramayana, the word "Tiryanch" in this context means "animal" and not "crooked person". For those who go on the path of justice, even animals help them. Please check.
