Lobhh sadaa vichintyo labdhebhyah sarvato bhayam drushtam.
Kaaryakaaranavichaaro lobhavimoodhasya naastyeva.
Lobha = greed. Sadaa = always. Vichintyo = questionable.
Labdhebhyah = if seized, caught. Sarvato = all around.
Bhayam = fear. Drushtam =visible, seen. Kaaryaakaaryavichaaro
= kaarya + akaarya+ vichaaro. Kaarya = a (good) deed ,
(akaarya + a bad deed or criminal action, Vicharo = thought
Lobhavimoodhasya = of a person confused and bewildered due
to greed. Naastyeva = na +asti +aiva/ Na = not. Asti = exists.
Aiva = already.
i.e. Greed in men is always a cause of worry and is questionable,
because if a person is seized by greed ,he loses the power to discriminate
between good deeds and bad (prohibited ) and is subjected to fear all
around him.
(Greedy persons do not hesitate even to indulge in crimes with a view
\to acquiring more wealth, with very disastrous consequences.)
