Today's Subhashita.

ईदृशं  कारयेन्यासं  येन  श्रेयो  भविष्यति |
अन्येSपि दुष्टमन्त्रेण न  हिंसन्ति  कदाचन || - महासुभषितसंग्रह

भावार्थ -    हमें अन्य व्यक्तियों को  उन्हें जांच परख कर ही कोई
कार्य या दायित्व सोंपना चाहिये ताकि उनके  तथा  अन्य व्यक्तियों
के द्वारा  किसी प्रकार के अनुचित और  और दुष्टतापूर्ण परामर्श के
कारण किसी प्रकार की भी  हानि न हो तथा  श्रेय (अच्छा परिणाम
तथा विश्वास ) प्राप्त हो |

Idrusham kaarayenyaasm  yena  shreyo  bhavishyati.
Anyepi dushtamantrena na himdanti kadachana.

Idrusham = in such a way.    Kaarayenyaasam -  kaarayet +
nyaasam.     Kaarayet = do.    Nyaasam = entrusting or placing
something with others.      Yena = by which.       Shreyo =
excellence, trust..    Bhavishyati = happens.   Anyepi = anye +
api,     Anye = others.    Api = even.    Dushtamantrena = due to
wrong or malicious advice.   Na = not.    Himsanti = hurting,
injuring.    Kadachasna = never.

i.e.     One should entrust  a job or a responsibility to other
persons only after duly verifying their credentials and should also
ensure that no harm is done by them due to any malicious or wrong
advice, and ultimately trust and excellence is achieved.
