आज का सुभाषित / Today's Subhashita.

भीतेभ्यश्चाभयं  देयं  रोगीभ्यो  देयमौषधम् |

देया विद्यार्थिभ्यो विद्यां देयमन्नं क्षुधातुरम्  ||

भावार्थ -    डरे हुए लोगों को उनकी रक्षा करने का भरोसा देना 

चाहिये  तथा रोगियों को रोगमुक्त करणे के लिये औषधि प्रदान 

करना चाहिये |  विद्यार्थियों को विद्यादान करना चाहिये तथा  

भूखे व्यक्तियों को भोजन प्रदान करना चाहिये  |

Bheetebhyashaabhayam deyam rogeebhyo deyamaushadham.

Deya vidyaarthibhyo vidyaam deyamannam kshudhaaturam,

Bheetebhyah+cha+abhayam.   Bheetebhyah = frightened men.

cha = and.   Abhayam = safety   Deyam =  to be given. 

Rogeebhyo =sick persons.  Deyam+aushadham.   Aushadham=

medicines.    Vidyaarthibhyo = students.  Vidyaam = knowledge.

Deyam+annam,  Annam = food.  Kshudhaaturaam =hungry men.

i.e.     One should give assurance of safety to frightened persons 

and provide medicines to sick persons.  Students should be helped

to acquire knowledge and food should be provided to the needy

and hungry people.
