आज का सुभाषित / Today's Subhashita..

कालो विकुरुते भावान्सर्वांल्लोके  शुभाशुभान्  |
कालः  संक्षिपते  सर्वाः प्रजा  विसृजते  पुनः    || - महासुभषितसंग्रह (9902)

भावार्थ =    काल (समय) व्यतीत होने के साथ साथ सभी प्राणीमात्र  को
शुभ  और अशुभ दोनों प्रकार के परिणाम भोगने  पडते हैं |  अन्ततः समय
आने  पर सभी  का नाश हो जाता है  परन्तु फिर भी लोग  इस तथ्य को बार
बार भूल जाते हैं |

Kaaalo = time.    Vikurute = causes to change.  Bhaavaat+sarvaam+
loke.    Bhaavaat = by existing, occuring.  Sarvaam = all.   Loke =
in ordinary life, in worldly matters.   Shubhaashubhaan = shubha +
ashubhaan.       Shubha = auspicious.         Ashubha = inauspicious.
Sankshipate =  destroys.    Sarvaah = all.    Praja = mankind, citizens.
Visrujate = overlook, give up.    Punah = again.

i.e.     With the passage of time all living beings have to face both
auspicious and inauspicious situations in their life  and ultimately
all of them die.  But everybody forgets this fact of life.
