आज का सुभाषित / Today's Subhashita.

हे  जिह्वे  रससारज्ञे  सर्वदा  मधुरप्रिये  |
भगवन्नामपीयूषं  पिव  त्वमनिशं  सखे || - (स्फुट )
                                             - सुभाषित  रत्नाकर

भावार्थ -     ओ मेरी जिह्वा  ! मैने सुना है कि तुम विभिन्न प्रकार
के रसों और उनके स्वाद को पहचानने की विशेषज्ञ हो तथा तुम्हें
मीठे स्वाद वाली  वस्तुएं बहुत प्रिय हैं  |  इस लिये हे मेरी मित्र
जिह्वे   (जीभ ) तुम निरन्तर इस सृष्टि के रचयिता परमेश्वर के
नामस्मरण रूपी पीयूष (अमृत ) का पान करते रहो |

(इस सुभाषित द्वारा लोगों को अपने दैनन्दिन कार्यों को करते
समय  निरन्तर परमेश्वर का नाम स्मरण करने  का परामर्श
दिया गया है ताकि हम सत्य ओर धर्म के पथ से विचलित न हों )

He jihve  rasasaaragye  sarvadaa madhurapriye.
Bhagavannaampeeyusham piva tvamanisham sakhe.

He  = a word used while addressing somebody for seeking
his attention.    Jihve = the tongue.           Rasasaaragye =
a  specialist in  recognising and appreciating various types
of flavours.    Sarvadaa = always.  Madhurapriye = lover of
sweet flavours.   Bhagavannaam =the name of God Almighty. 
Peeyoosham = nectar.    Piva = drink.    Tvamanisham = tvam
+ anisham,    Tvam = you.Anisham = incessantly, continuously.   
Sakhe = a friend.

i.e.    O my tongue !  it is said that you are a specialist in
recognizing and appreciating various types of flavours and
sweet things are your favorite.  So, my friend you should
continuously drink the nectar of Almighty God's name .

(This Subhashita exhorts people to always remember the God
Almighty while performing their various deeds , so that they
may not deviate from the path of righteousness.)
