कृतार्थः  स्वामिनम्  द्वेष्टि कृतदारस्तु मातरम्
जाताSप्यत्य पतिं  द्वेष्टि गतरोगस्चिकित्सकं

Krutaarthh  swaaminam  dweshti krutadaarastu maataram
jaatapyatya patim dweshti gatrogaschikitsakam.

i.e.    After getting full payment, the employer becomes unimportant to the servant, a mother becomes unimportant to the son once he gets married, a husband becomes unimportant to the wife once she begets a son   and similarly a doctor becomes unimportant to the patient after getting cured by him.

Dweshti = unimportant, insignificant,  enemy..         Daara = wife            Pati =  husband.
Apatya = son or a daughter.      Chikitsakam = vaidya , doctor .    krutaarth =after being paid the wages.
