Today's Subhashita.

Harim hareetaki chaiva gaayatree cha dine dine '
Mokshaarogya tapah kaamashchintayedbhakshayejjapet.

Harim = God Almighty        Hareetaki = Myrobalan tree's fruits. (Botanical nameTerminalia Chebula) called 'Harad' in vernacular language.  It is used in Ayurveda as a medicine for many ailments relating to stomach and its digestive functions,     Chaiva = cha + aiva .  Cha = and.
Aiva = also.    Gaayatri = A 'mantra' from Veda, which is to be chanted thrice in a day in the morning, noon and evening as a religious ritual in praise of God .    Dine Dine = day by day.
Mokshaarogya = Moksha + aarogya.    Moksha = release from rebirth.   Tapah = asceticism, enduring severe religious austerity.     Kaamashchintayedbhaksheyejjayet = Kaamah +chintayet +
bhakshayet + jayet.    Kaamah = desiring.    Chintayet = contemplate.   Bhakshayet = eat.
Japet = muttering or silently repeating a 'mantra' or God's name, sometimes using a rosary.

i.e.      If one wants to attain 'Moksha' (release from rebirth),  good health and practise asceticism
(religious austerity) then he should every day remember God Almighty for 'Moksha' , consume
'Hareetaki' every day for maintaining good health, and for religious austerity recite 'Gayatri Mantra'  every day .
