Today's Subhashita.

अधार्मिको नरो यो हि यस्य चाप्यनृतं धनं |
हिंसारतश्च  यो नित्यं नेहासौ सुखमेधते  ||

अर्थ -      जो व्यक्ति  कुटिल स्वभाव के होते हैं तथा धर्म का पालन नहीं करते है  उनकी संपत्ति गलत  तरीकों से अर्जित की गयी होती है और वे सदैव हिंसारत रहते हैं | इस कारण वे  कभी भी जीवन में सुखी और सम्रद्ध नहीं  हो पाते हैं |

Adharmiko naro yo hi yasya chaapyanrutam dhanam.
Himsaaratishch yo nityam nehaasou sukhamedhate.

Adharmiko =  wicked, unrighteous.      Naro = a person.     Yo = whosoever.     Hi = surely.
Yasya = whose.     Chaapyanrutam = cha+api +anrutam.     Cha = and.     Api = also.
Anrutam =   falsehood, untrue.     Dhanam = wealth.     Hinsaaritishcha = hinsaaratih + cha.
Hinsaaratah  =  delighting in doing harm or mischief.     Nityam = always, constantly..
Nehaasau = na+iha+asau.      Na = not.       Iha = here, now.      Asau =  As such.
Sukhamedhate = sukham +eidhate.       Sukham = happiness      Edhate= prospers.

i.e.     Wicked and unrighteous persons acquire wealth through falsehood and wrongful means  and are always engaged in doing harm and mischief towards others.   As such they never enjoy happiness and prosperity in their lifetime.
